CNC Routing

At Artistry Plastics, we have two specialist CNC machines which are utilised as multi-axis precision-controlled cutting machines. They have a rotating cutting tool, which can be set to specific routes, depths, and other parameters. These state-of-the-art routers offer a higher standard of quality than other machines and enable us to fabricate complex components. These exceptional capability machines are versatile and can work with a range of materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG, and PVC.

Panel Cutting

With our high-precision panel machinery, we can simultaneously cut multiple panels in a multitude of sizes. We often use our panel cutting machinery for applications such as signage or protective barriers, as they are an affordable and high-quality alternative to glass.

Polishing Services

We have a range of high-tech polishing machines that can be used to guarantee a superior finish.  With our experience in the industry, our expert team can advise on the best finish for your product. We have a Diamond Edge, Flame, and Mop polishing machine, all of which offer a uniquely different finish.

Bending Machine

We have a large bending machine that has multiple heating elements, enabling us to perform precise and uniform bends in acrylic, PVC and polycarbonate. We use this machine for various applications, such as signage and display cabinets. Our team is also able to provide thermoforming and line bending.
